The S1134 Series from Saulki Technology are Multi-Channel Signal Generators that operates from 10 MHz to 20/40 GHz. They are available in configurations with 2-8 output channels. Each channel can operate individually, and have channel-to-channel isolation of more than 80 dB. These generators have a phase noise of -120 dBc/Hz (@1 MHz offset), non-harmonic spurious levels of less than -70 dBc, and harmonic spurious levels of -50 dBc. They have a switching speed of less than 10 us and a rise/fall time of 10 ns. These signal generators can be controlled via an RF-45 LAN interface (TCP/IP over Ethernet). They are available in 2U/3U rack-mount enclosures that measure 483 x 89 x 559 mm (2U) and 483 x 134 x 559 mm (3U). The generators require an AC supply of 176-264 V.
