The SGP Series from Saluki Technology are Microwave Signal Generators that operate over frequency ranges of 5 kHz to 3, 6, 12, 24, 40, 45 or 67 GHz. They deliver an output power of up to +15 dBm and have a frequency resolution of 0.001 Hz with an accuracy of ±0.5 dB. These signal generators have a phase noise of less than -165 dBc/Hz, an isolation of more than 80 dB between channels, and a SWR of less than 2.0:1. They have harmonics levels of better than -75 dBc and non-harmonics of -85 dBc. These microwave signal generators feature a narrow pulse modulation function with a pulse width exceeding 50 ns. They can be controlled via RJ45 LAN, RS422, or GPIB interfaces.
The SGP Series microwave signal generators are available in optional multi-channel variants with 1-3 channels, allowing for multi-channel coherent signal output with the frequency and power of each channel independently adjustable or linked together. They can also support dual-tone signal output to meet the testing needs of various users, making testing easier. These signal generators produce low-noise, pure microwave signals, enabling them to be used as crystal oscillators. These ultra-low phase noise signal generators are available in a 2U benchtop unit that measures 88 x 320 x 400 mm or 88 x 483 x 559 mm or in a 3U unit that measures 134 x 483 x 559 mm. They are available with 3.5 mm, 2.92 mm, 2.4 mm, or 1.85 mm connectors. These signal sources are ideal for applications that require extremely pure RF signals in semiconductor, radar, quantum computing, and other fields that demand high-performance component, module, and system testing tasks.
