The BLX-403-20 from Vaunix is a USB-Programmable Solid-State Signal Generator that operates from 500 to 40000 MHz with a 100 Hz resolution. This signal generator can deliver an output power of up to +20 dBm with ±1 dB accuracy a switching time of 5 ms. It has advanced features such as frequency sweeping, internal/external 10 MHz reference and pulse modulation.
The signal generator has both USB and Ethernet interfaces. The USB port uses a native HID interface, eliminating the need for kernel-level drivers and allowing operation on systems that support USB HID devices, including low-cost embedded computers using Linux or similar operating systems. The Ethernet interface supports Static IP or DHCP configuration and allows HTTP port assignment for network security.
This signal generator requires a 12 V DC supply of +12 V. It is available in a module that measures 7.00 x 3.64 x 1.68 inches and has 2.92 mm (female) connectors. This system is ideal for portable LO sources, test labs, Wi-Fi/4G/5G testing, and ATE applications.
