The 6SFB-1G20G-LP-AMP-SFF-MS from Planar Monolithics Industries is a 6-Channel Switch Filter Bank preceded by an amplifier that operates from 1 to 20 GHz. It has fast switching speeds of less than 200 ns while maintaining a gain of 20 dB and a typical P1dB of 20 dBm. This SFB provides high harmonic rejection ideal for improved dynamic range in test and measurement applications built to withstand Military environments. It requires a DC supply of ±15 V and consumes less than 700 mA of current. This switch bank can be controlled via 3-Bit TTL Logic signals. It is available in a module that measures 5.50 x 3.00 x 0.67 inches and has SMA-female connectors.
