The ASWD-S2-0008-T from Abracon LLC is an SPDT Switch that operates from 0.8 to 6 GHz. It has an insertion loss of less than 0.65 dB, provides an isolation of more than 23 dB, and has a switching speed of 150 ns. This switch can handle an input power of up to 31 dBm (~1.25 W) and has a return loss of 20 dB.
The ASWD-S2-0008-T is equipped with an ESD protection circuit on each port and achieves excellent ESD robustness. This switch also includes built-in DC blocking capacitors and offers a very small mounting area. It features 1-bit VCTL control logic and requires a 1.8 V control voltage for tuning. This RoHS-compliant SPDT switch requires a DC supply of 2.5 to 5 V and consumes less than 30 µA of current. It is available in a DFN package that measures 1.0 x 1.0 mm.
