The ASL 8010 from Aelius Semiconductors is a GaN based, reflective SPDT switch that operates from DC to 20 GHz. The switch has high isolation of 35 dB and low insertion loss of 1.8 dB through the band. It can handle up to 10 watts of input power (P1dB). This switch is available as a die that measures 2.2 x 1.2 x 0.1 mm and is ideal for use in radar, instrumentation, military and space applications.
