The AM002050S2-0H from Amcom Communications is a High-Power SPDT Tx/Rx Switch that operates from 10 to 2000 MHz.  It has an insertion loss of 0.8 dB with an isolation of more than 50 dB between the Tx port / Rx port and a switching speed of less than 10 micro seconds. This switch can handle up to 100 W (50 dBm) of CW power. It requires a DC supply of +28V and supports TTL control logic to switch between ports.

The switch is available in a module that measures 4000 x 4000 x 1000 mils with N-type female connectors. It is ideal for applications such as Tx/Rx modules, instrumentation, lab measurements, and modulators.
