SW12A002

The SW12A002 from Amplical Corporation is an absorptive, coaxial PIN diode SP12T switch that operates from 500 MHz to 18 GHz. It has a low insertion loss of under 4.7 dB, high isolation of more than 68 dB and fast switching speed of less than 40 nsec. The switch has a 4-Bit coded TTL-compatible driver for convenient logic control. It can handle an input power of up to 27 dBm and operates from +5V and a -12 to 20 V DC supply. The device is available in a module with field-replaceable SMA female connectors.
