ADRF5203 Image

The ADRF5203 from Analog Devices is a Differential Absorptive SPDT Switch that operates from DC to 12 GHz. It has a switching speed of 400 ns with an insertion loss of less than 1.1 dB and an isolation of more than 37 dB. This 100-ohm differential switch can handle input power of up to 31 dBm (through path) and 24 dBm (terminated path), with a return loss of up to 18 dB. It provides an input IP3 of up to 51 dBm and has a group delay of 45 ps.

The ADRF5203 requires dual supply voltages of ±12 V and consumes 19 mA (positive) and 18 mA (negative) of current. It supports CMOS- and LVTTL-compatible control with enable and high-impedance (Hi-Z) modes. This switch is available in a 22-terminal LGA package measuring 3 × 3 mm and operates over a temperature range from -40°C to +105°C. It is suitable for use in test instrumentation, data converter interfaces, and high-data-rate applications.
