AHX5607ST6

The AHX5607ST6 from ASB is a pHEMT SPDT Switch that operates from 0.05 to 6 GHz. It has single-bit control with an ON/OFF time of 450 ns and a rise/fall time of 350 ns. This switch has an insertion loss of less than 0.7 dB and provides more than 28 dB of isolation. It requires a control voltage of 0 and 3 V and consumes less than 1200 µA of current. This switch is available in a 6-pin exposed pad TDFN package that measures 2.0 x 2.0 x 0.8 mm and is ideal for WLAN 802.11 a/b/g/n networks, ISM Band Radios, GNSS/Navigation, and wireless Control system applications.
