80117 Series

The 80117 Series from Ceyear are SPDT Switches that operate from DC to 67 GHz. They provide more than 70 dB of isolation, have a switching time of less than 15 ms, and an insertion loss of less than 1.5 dB. These high-reliability switches can handle an average input power from 1 to 50 W and a VSWR of less than 1.90:1. 

The 80117 Series switches use TTL logic for switch control and configuration. They require a DC supply of 5/12 or 24 V and consume less than 430 mA of current. These switches are available as a module measuring 50.3 x 30.3 x 12.7 mm and are available with SMA, 2.92 mm, 2.4 mm and 1.85 mm female connectors. They are ideal for electronic measuring instruments, automatic test systems, radio and broadcasting & television applications.
