BGS12WN6

The BGS12WN6 from Infineon is a Wideband, Antenna Diversity SPDT switch that operates from 0.05 to 6 GHz with CMOS/ TTL control logic. It has an insertion loss of less than 0.16 dB, provides isolation of over 35 dB and can handle up to 26 dBm of input power where any of its two ports can be used for the termination of the diversity antenna. It requires 4.2 V of supply voltage and is available in a leadless and halogen-free package that measures 0.7 x 1.1 x 0.37 mm. The switch is suitable for WLAN, Bluetooth, Mobile cellular diversity path, and Wi-Fi Tx/Rx applications.
