The 50S-1035 from JFW Industries is an SP4T Solid-State Reflective Switch that operates from 20 MHz to 4.3 GHz. It has a switching speed of 20 µs and provides more than 80 dB (20-1000 MHz) of isolation. This 50-ohm switch can handle an input power of 1 W (~30 dBm) and has an insertion loss of less than 4 dB. It has four control lines and each line is activated by an appropriate TTL signal level. The switch requires a DC supply of +24 V and consumes 50 mA of current.
