The 50S-1841 from JFW Industries is a SPDT Reflective Switch that operates from 0.5 to 3 GHz. This solid-state RF switch has been designed and manufactured for Tx/Rx hot-switching military applications for over 20 years. It provides an isolation of up to 75 dB and has a switching speed of up to 10 µs. This switch can handle an RF input power of 30 W and has a VSWR of less than 1.50:1. It has a spurious noise of less than -73 dBm and an insertion loss of less than 1.35 dB. This reflective switch features a single control line activated by TTL signal levels. It requires a DC supply of +/- 15 V and consumes less than 80 mA of current. This switch is available in a module that measures 3.00 x 2.75 inches and is available with BNC, SMA, TNC, or N female connector options. It is ideal for use in SDRs, IFFs & military jammers.
