50S-2162 SMA

The 50S-2162 from JFW Industries is a Solid-State Absorptive SP8T Switch that operates from 20 to 8400 MHz. It provides an isolation of 70 dB and has an insertion loss of less than 4.5 dB with a switching speed of less than 10 us. This SP8T switch can handle an input power of 26 dBm and has a VSWR of less than 1.80:1. It is controlled using a USB interface and all the unused ports will self-terminate at an impedance of 50 Ohms.

The 50S-2162 requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes 10 mA of current. It is available in a module that measures 5.13 x 1.50 x 0.30 inches and has SMA (female) connectors.
