The F9016 from Kratos is a reflective SPST switch that operates from 100 MHz to 40 GHz. It provides an isolation of over 50 dB with an insertion loss of under 5 dB and has a switching time of less than 250 nsec. The switch can handle up to 200 mW of CW or pulsed power and requires a supply voltage of -15 to 5 V while consuming less than 60 mA of current. It is available in a connectorized module and is ideal for ultra-wide band Test, Receiving and EW System applications.
