MASW-010647

The MASW-010647 is a SPDT Silicon PIN Diode Terminated Switch for the X-Band that operates from 8 to 10.5 GHz. The switch can handle up to 20 W of CW power. The switch has a low insertion loss of 0.8 dB and an isolation of 37 dB. The device integrates a bias network to allow for simplified bias application and switch control. It is fabricated using MACOM patented HMIC process with the topside fully encapsulated with silicon nitride passivation and an additional polymer layer for scratch and impact protection. These protective coatings prevent damage to the semiconductor junctions and metal air bridges during handling and assembly.
