The MASW-011036 from MACOM is a Ka-Band high power terminated SPDT PIN Switch which operates from 26 GHz to 40 GHz. It has an insertion loss of 0.7 dB, a maximum isolation of 40 dB, a switching speed of 30 ns, an impedance of 50 Ohms and can handle up to 40 dBm of CW power. The switch is housed in 1 x 2.6 mm package which is fully passivated with silicon nitride.
