The MMS008PP3 from Microsemi is a non-reflective, GaAs pseudomorphic SP4T MMIC switch that operates from DC to 8 GHz. This switch provides an isolation of 40 dB while maintaining a low insertion loss of 1.8 dB. It can handle an input power of up to 28 dBm and has a switching speed of less than 10 nanoseconds. The switch includes an onboard binary 2:4 decoder circuit which reduces the required logic control lines. It is available in a plastic leadless 3 mm x 3 mm surface mount package and is ideal for radar-EW RF front end applications.
