The PE423211 from pSemi is a Reflective SPDT RF Switch that operates from 0.3 to 10.6 GHz. This AEC-Q100 grade-2 qualified switch provides an isolation of more than 15 dB with an insertion loss of less than 0.6 dB and has a P1dB of 25 dBm. It is manufactured on pSemi’s Ultra-CMOS silicon-on-insulator (SOI) process and uses patented HARP™ technology. This switch is available in a surface-mount 6-lead DFN package that measures 1.6 x 1.6 mm and is designed for use in high-performance ISM, WLAN 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, Bluetooth, and UWB applications. It is ideal for use in ultra-wideband (UWB) systems, remote keyless entry, telematics, general-purpose switching, in-cabin monitoring system (ICMS), and infotainment devices.
