The PE42423 from Peregrine Semiconductor is a 50 Ohm SPDT Absorptive Switch that operates from 0.1 GHz to 6 GHz. It has an insertion loss of under 1.1 dB, an isolation of over 51 dB, a switching time 500 ns and can handle up to 39.5 dBm of Power. The switch requires a voltage supply of 2.3 V to 5.5 V and has a 1.8 V control logic, it does not require any external capacitors at the RF ports making integration easy. The PE42423 is based on Peregrines UltraCMOS, HaRP technology. It is designed for use in high power and high performance WLAN 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac applications and is available in a 16-lead 3x3 mm QFN surface mount package that has high ESD protection.
