The PE42426 from Peregrine is an UltraCMOS reflective SPDT switch that operates from 5 to 6000 MHz. It provides an isolation of under 33 dB with an insertion loss of over 0.3 dB and has excellent harmonics performance. The switch delivers high linearity (IP3 over 80 dbm) and can handle a power of up to 40 dBm. It is available in a 3 x 3 mm 12L QFN package and is ideal for use in land mobile radio (LMR) and general switching applications.
