PE42543

The PE42543 is a single-pole four throw (SP4T) RF UltraCMOS switch from Peregrine that operates from 9 KHz to 18 GHz. The UltraCMOS technology enables this RF SOI switch to deliver a high-performance alternative to the incumbent gallium arsenide (GaAs) technology. It has a low insertion loss from 0.7 to 3.2 dB, a P1dB of 33 dBm and a IP3 of 58 dBm. The switch has a fast switching time of 500 ns and settling time of 2 μs. It is available in a 29-lead 4x4 mm LGA package. The switch can be used in test-and-measurement, wireless backhaul and military systems designers additional features, such as broad bandwidth, low-frequency power handling, high ESD protection and a fast settling time.
