The PE42820 from Peregrine Semiconductor is an ultraCMOS high power reflective SPDT switch designed for use in mobile radio, relay replacement and wireless applications. It operates from 30 MHz to 2.7 GHz, has a P1dB of 45.5 dBm, an insertion loss of 0.25 dB and an isolation of 35 dB. The switch is housed in a 32L QFN package which measures 5 x 5 mm.
