The P1T-200M18G-80-T-SFF-RL from Quantic PMI is a Single-Pole Single-Throw (SPST) Absorptive Switch that operates from 0.2 to 18 GHz. It has a switching speed of 30 ns, a rise/fall time of 10 ns and provides an isolation of more than 70 dB. This switch can handle an RF input power of +27 dBm, has an insertion loss of less than 3.5 dB and a VSWR of better than 2.0:1. It requires a dual DC supply of +5 V / -12 V and consumes less than 75 mA of current. The switch is available in a module that measures 1.0 x 1.0 x 0.5 inches and has SMA-female connectors.
