The P2T-100M50G-100-T from PMI RF is an SPDT absorptive PIN diode switch that operates from 0.1 to 50 GHz. It has a high isolation of over 70 dB and a low insertion loss under 9 dB through the band. The switch can handle up to 20 dBm of power and has a VSWR of 2.5:1. It has a switching time of 50 ns. This SPDT switch requires a +/-5 V supply voltage and is available in a module that measures 1.0 with 2.4 mm Female connectors. It also incroporates a TTL compatible driver for ease of system integration.
