The P2T-12G18G-45-R-SFF-10W from Quantic PMI is a Reflective SPDT Switch that operates from 12 to 18 GHz. It has a switching speed of 60 ns, an insertion loss of 1.5 dB, and provides an isolation of more than 45 dB. The switch has a rise/fall time of less than 20 ns and a delay On/Off time of less than 50 ns. It can handle an input CW power of 10 W and 30 W peak (pulse) with a maximum pulse width of 1 us and maximum PRF of 2 MHz.

The switch requires an operating voltage of +/- 15 V and consumes less than 100 mA of current. It can be controlled by 2 independent TTL control lines and is available in a package that measures 1.2 X 1.0 X 0.5 inches.
