The PMSN-3DT-05-DEC-MP-OPT600M6G from Planar Monolithics is an absorptive, SP3T pin diode switch that operates from 0.6 to 6.0 GHz (0.5 to 18 GHz varient also available). It provides an isoaltion of over 60 dB with an insertion loss of less than 2.75 dB and has a switching speed of 15 ns. The switch can handle an input power of up to 10 watts and requires a supply/control voltage of 5 to -5 V while consuming under 150 mA of current. It is available in a module that measures 2 x 1.5 x 0.4 inches with SMA female connectors.
