QPC2040

The QPC2040 from Qorvo is an SPDT switch fabricated on Qorvo’s QGaN15 0.15um GaN on SiC production process. It operates from 8 to 12 GHz and can handle an input power of up to 10 Watts. This X-Band switch maintains low insertion loss of less than 1.2 dB and provides isolation of greater than 30 dB. It has a control voltage of 0/28V and a switching speed of 35 ns. This RoHS-compliant switch is available in a 3 x 4.5 mm plastic over-molded QFN package and is ideal for high power switching applications across both defense and commercial platforms.
