The RFSW6024 from RFMD is a Silicon on Insulator SPDT switch designed for use in cellular, 3G, LTE, and other high performance communications systems. It operates from 300 MHz to 6 GHz with a high isolation symmetric topology with excellent linearity and power handling capability. The switch has an insertion loss of under 1.1 dB and a switching time of 250 ns. It is available in 16-pin QFN package that measures 4 x 4 mm.
