The RFSP12TA1545G from RF-Lambda is an SP12T Absorptive Switch that operates from 1.5 to 4.5 GHz. It has a TTL control with a switching time of less than 250 ns and provides an isolation of more than 60 dB. This switch can handle an input power of up to 30 dBm and has an insertion loss of less than 2.5 dB. It requires a DC supply from 2.8 to 5 V. The switch is available in a module that measures 153 x 58 x 10 mm and has SMA-female connectors. It is ideal for military, aerospace, test & measurement and wireless infrastructure applications.
