The RFSP2TA0204G from RF-Lambda is an absorptive coaxial SPDT switch with a TTL driver that operates from 2 to 4 GHz. The switch provides an isolation of 80 dB with an insertion loss of 1 dB. It can handle up to 1 watt of power and has a switching speed of 100 ns. The switch is available in a connectorized module with SMA female connectors. RF-Lambda can customize this switch to handle up to 100 watts of power.
