The RFSP2TA04M05M from RF-Lambda is an SP2T Absorptive Switch that operates from 400 to 500 MHz. It has an insertion loss of less than 0.7 dB with an isolation of 80 dB and a switching speed of less than 100 ns. The switch can handle up to 30 dBm (1 W) of power and requires a DC supply of 5 V while consuming 120 mA of current. The switch is available in a module (a hermetically sealed option also available) that measures 32 x 37 x 21 mm with N-type (female) connectors. It is ideal for wireless infrastructure, military and aerospace, and test and measurement applications.
