The RFSP2TR0060G from RF-Lambda is an SPDT reflective coaxial PIN diode switch that operates from 1 MHz to 60 GHz. It has an insertion loss of below 10 dB and an isolation of over 35 dB. The switch has a switching time of 80 ns, and can handle up to 23 dBm (0.2 W) of power. It requires +5 volts of supply voltage and has a TTL control interface. The switch is available in a hermetically sealed package with 1.85 mm female connectors and is suitable for Wireless Infrastructure, RF Microwave & VSAT, and Military & Aerospace applications. It can also be ordered in a customized package.
