The RFSP3TA0018GA-H from RF-Lambda is an Absorptive SP3T Switch that operates from 0.02 to 18 GHz. It has a switching speed of less than 250 ns and provides an isolation of up to 80 dB. This 50-ohm switch can handle an input RF power of 30 dBm, has an insertion loss of less than 4.8 dB and has a VSWR of less than 2.0:1. It requires a DC supply of +5 V, consumes 150 mA of current and dissipates 0.85 W of power. This switch is available in a hermetically-sealed (laser-welded) module that measures 40.0 x 25.0 x 12.5 mm with SMA-female connectors and includes a TTL-compatible driver. It is ideal for use in wireless infrastructure, military and aerospace applications, test instrumentation, radar systems, 5G wireless communications, microwave radio systems, TR modules, research and development and cellular base station applications.
