RFSP6T18EMA-S

The RFSP6T18EMA-S from RF-Lambda is an Absorptive SP6T Electro-Mechanical Switch that operates from DC to 18 GHz. It can handle an input power of up to 1 W, has an insertion loss of 0.5 dB and provides an isolation of 75 dB. The switch operates over a supply voltage of 24 V, draws up to 0.2 A and has a switching speed of under 20 ms. The switch has an operating life of 1 million cycles with guaranteed repeatability of 0.05 dB up to 1 million cycles.
