The SKY19247-686LF from Skyworks Solutions is an SP3T Switch that operates from 0.8 to 2.7 GHz. It integrates three RF signal paths and a control interface with a switch at the other end. This switch uses a built-in Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI) controller to control and manage switching operations between the three signal paths. It does not require external DC blocking capacitors as long as no DC bias is applied on any of the RF paths. The switch is available in a surface-mount QFN package that measures 1.50 x 1.10 x 0.45 mm and is ideal for antenna aperture tuning and impedance tuning applications.
