The TDSW84230EP from Teledyne2v HiRel is a GaN SPDT Switch that operates from 30 to 5000 MHz. It is designed for broadband, high-peak power switching applications and has the internal charge pump disabled to eliminate the charge pump spurs. This symmetrical reflective switch provides an isolation of more than 11 dB and an insertion loss of less than 1.2 dB. It can handle a CW input power of 20 W and has a return loss of 15-30 dB.

The TDSW84230EP requires a DC supply of 2.6 to 5.25 V and consumes less than 75 µA of current. It is available in a QFN package that measures 3 x 3 x 0.8 mm and is ideal for broadband, high peak power switching applications.
