The S2CP20101 from Teledyne Microwave Solutions is a non-reflective SPDT switch that operates from DC to 21 GHz. It has an insertion loss of under 4 dB and an isolation of over 42 dB through the band. The switch has a P1dB of 22 dBm and a switching time of 1250/50 ns from 0 to 50 Degrees C and 1300/60 ns from -55 to 85 degrees C. It requires a -5 V DC supply and consumes 5 mA of current. The switch is available in a module with SMA connectors or a 10 pin gullwing package.
