SR-420H-3S Image

The SR-420H-3S from UMCC is a SP3T reflective PIN Diode switch that operates from 200 MHz to 4200 MHz. It has an insertion loss of less than 1 dB and an isolation of over 50 dB through the band. The switch has a rise/fall time of 250 ns and a VSWR under 1.45:1. It can handle up to 8 W (39 dBm) of CW power and requires a supply of +5 V/-12 V. It is available with removable SMA Female connectors.
