The SR-B300-10S is a SP10T reflective PIN Switch from UMCC that operates from 20 MHz to 6000 MHz. It has an insertion loss of under 2.8 dB up to 3 GHz and under 3.3 dB up to 6 GHz with an isolation up to 75 dB. The switch has a rise/fall time of 150 ns and an on/off time of 250 ns. It can handle up to 30 dBm of CW power and 5 Watts of peak power. The SR-B300-10S is available in a module with removable SMA Female connectors.
