The SR-U070-2S is a SPDT absorptive PIN Diode switch that operates from 0.5 GHz to 18 GHz. It has an insertion loss of under 2.6 dB up to 10 GHz and 3.5 dB up to 18 GHz. The switch has a rise/fall time of 25 ns and an on/off time of 50 ns. The switch can handle up to 24 dBm of CW power and 5 Watts of peak power. It is available in a module with SMA Female connectors and is ideal for both military and commercial applications.
