The CHS7012-99F is a reflective SPDT switch based on GaN Technology that operates from DC to 12 GHz. The switch can handle an input power of up to 40.5 dBm, has an insertion loss of under 1.4 dB and provides an isolation of 35 dB. It is developed on a robust 0.25µm gate length GaN/SiC pHEMT process and is available as bare die that measures 1.15 x 1.65 x 0.1 mm. The CHS7012-99F is designed for a wide range of applications, from military to commercial communication systems.
