The ATM700D-1A20 from Radio Frequency Systems is a Twin Tower Mount Amplifier designed for LTE 700 MHz deployments. It operates from 746 to 787 MHz for Uplink (Rx) and 746 to 756 MHz for Downlink (Tx). This wideband TMA has a low noise figure and a dual-duplex configuration that enables the use of a single feeder for both Tx and Rx. It provides 12 dB of gain with a noise figure of 1.3 dB on the Rx side. On the Tx side it can handle 250 Watts of CW power and up to 4000 Watts of Peak Power.

Additionally, an automatic bypass feature enhances system reliability in case of DC power or LNA failure. It has two TMAs in a single enclosure - reducing tower load and installation time. The TMA is easy to install with in-line connector placement and meets IP67 requirements for ingress protection.
