The MS466xxA Series from Anritsu are 2/4 Ports Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs) that operate from 10 MHz to 43.5 GHz, with frequency extension up to 1.1 THz using external VNA extenders. They are based on a true source-per-port architecture with an embedded AI engine, enabling natural-language measurement configuration and reducing setup time and user error. These VNAs provide a dynamic range of 147 dB and are suitable for the characterization of passive, active, and frequency-converting devices.
The MS46xxA Series of Tensor VNAs can be configured with optional direct-access loops, receivers, source-side step attenuators, and an additional internal LO oscillator. They support advanced software functions such as time-domain analysis, gain-compression measurements, mixer characterization, and banded mmWave testing. These VNAs are available in benchtop enclosures and are ideal for amplifier and mixer characterization, antenna testing, multi-port measurements, signal-integrity analysis, and mmWave applications.
