The SFB-40360311-1919SF-N1-M is a GaAs MMIC U-band balanced mixer with a LO/RF frequency from 40 to 60 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 14 GHz. The mixer has a LO pumping power of 15 dBm and a conversion loss of 11 dB. It has LO to RF isolation of 30 dB, LO to IF isolation of 15 dB, and RF to IF isolation of 20 dB. This mixer is available in a module that measures 0.80 x 0.80 x 0.39 inches with SMA female connectors at the IF port and WR-19 Uni-Guide waveguide with a UG-383/U-M anti-cocking flange at the LO/RF port.
