5o1622251 Series

The 5o1622251 Series from 5o.com are Multi-Junction Waveguide Circulators that operate from 26 to 40 GHz. They provide more than 20 dB of isolation and an insertion loss of less than 0.40 dB. These circulators can handle forward and reverse input powers of up to 80 W and have a VSWR of less than 1.30:1. 

The 5o1622251 Series waveguide circulators are available as modules measuring 22.5 x 25.0 x 25.9 mm and have a WR28 waveguide interface. They are ideal for RF power amplifier protection, medical,, military, space, satellite, 5G mmWave and radar applications.
