The ML7670-61XHB from ROHM Semiconductor is an NFC Wireless Charging Power Receiver that operates at 13.56 MHz. It is designed to wirelessly transfer power to compact devices in accordance with the NFC Forum WLC 2.0 standard. This power receiver can be combined with the LSI ML7671 transmitter to realize a wireless power transfer system capable of providing output power to a charging device. This receiver consists of several subsystems, including a charging control circuit, NFC logic, memories, supply, and host interfaces. It is also equipped with NFC Forum Type 3 tag function, enabling it to use NFC functions such as Bluetooth pairing by touch. This receiver delivers an output power of 250 mW.
The ML7670-61XHB NFC wireless charging power receiver also includes a 10-bit SAR-ADC for monitoring the power supply status and for wireless power supply control. It can update internal configuration data through an external MCU using an I2C interface. This receiver also integrates an LDO output-voltage control function, ensuring accurate power-supply delivery.
