1466 Series Signal Generator: This series of signal generators has been specifically designed for advanced microwave and millimeter-wave testing. It covers a frequency range from 6 kHz to 110 GHz, with a 2 GHz RF modulation bandwidth. At a 10 GHz carrier frequency, the single-sideband phase noise at a 10 kHz offset is better than -128 dBc/Hz. The product features an innovative single-unit dual-RF channel design and a multi-stage cascaded architecture to meet diverse and complex testing requirements. When combined with dedicated signal simulation software, it enables easy implementation of multi-scenario signal simulation, efficiently addressing testing challenges in complex scenarios such as wireless communication, mobile communication, and multi-pulse sequences.
4082 Series Signal/Spectrum Analyzer: This series of spectrum analyzers has been specifically designed to display average noise level (DANL), phase noise, inter-modulation suppression, dynamic range, amplitude accuracy, and test speed. It features a standard pre-selector across the entire frequency range (up to 110 GHz), with a DANL as low as -140 dBm/Hz at 110 GHz, and offers an analysis bandwidth of up to 4 GHz and a real-time bandwidth of 2 GHz. Combined with a wide range of signal analysis options, it easily meets the stringent requirements for signal and equipment testing in fields such as mobile communications, autonomous driving, radar, satellite communications, IoT, and aerospace.
3674 Series Vector Network Analyzer: This series of VNAs has been specifically designed for outstanding RF performance, flexible hardware configuration, and rich software functionality. With just one connection, it helps customers quickly complete complex measurement setups, providing a more robust, faster, and more comprehensive testing experience. Its coaxial frequency range can be from 500 Hz to 110 GHz, featuring a maximum intermediate frequency bandwidth of 30 MHz and a wide dynamic range of 140 dB. This series integrates 21 kinds of powerful measurement functions, including gain compression, noise measurement, mixer measurement, and spectrum analysis.
