The 1466 Series from Ceyear are Dual-Channel Analog Signal Generators that operate from 6 kHz to 13/20/33/45/53/67/90/110 GHz. They are designed to meet the varied test requirements with high performance and functionality and high spectral purity, especially at high frequencies. These signal generators support multiple analog modulation schemes, including AM, FM, and PM, and can generate signals with various sweep modes. They also support pulse modulation with several functionalities such as double pulse, PRF jittering, PRF staggering, and PRF sliding, bringing more flexibility during regular testing. These signal generators provide an output power of more than +15 dBm with a power resolution of 0.01 dB. They have an SSB phase noise of less than -132 dBc/Hz (at 10 kHz offset).
The 1466 Series Signal Generators have an 11.6-inch touch screen that clearly displays the main parameters and instrument status information along with a signal flow diagram guidance interface, making analysis more intuitive and user-friendly. These signal generators can also be controlled via built-in interfaces using SCPI commands, allowing users to perform multi-function operations within a single window.
They require an AC supply of 100 to 120 V or 200 to 240 V and consume less than 600 W of power. These generators are available as benchtop enclosures that measure 426 x 177 x 500 mm and are available with 3.5 mm (male), 2.4 mm (male), 1.85 mm (male), and 1.0 mm (male) connector options based on the frequency.
